Return of items
- In case any item you received contains printing, color or material defects, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a solution or an exchange with a new item (if available).
- Special note for returning fabrics: In case you want to return a wax print fabric for any other reason than defects, we only accept returns of fabrics with a length of 6 yards. Any fabric that is purchased in a shorter length than 6 yards, has been cut and is therefore categorized as a custom item, and therefore not an item that can be returned.
- In case you want to return an item for any other reason than defects, please read the following information.
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Items may only be returned if the item is in it's original state. Any item that has been washed, damaged, worn, cut or has it's labels removed, will not be accepted as a return.
- Earrings can not be returned or exchanged due to health and safety regulations, we cannot take any exceptions.
- The buyer pays for return shipping. Please pack your return package securely and always use a track & trace shipping option, and save the shipping receipt. As we can not be held responsible for missing return shipments. All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- Please use the return form at the bottom of this page to request a return or exchange. After we have confirmed your return request, we will send shipping return instructions to your email. Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving shipping return instructions.
- After we have received and checked the returned items, we will refund these items within 14 days.
- Please note that if you return items without using the return form, or after 14 days of receiving return instructions, we will not be able to process your return, and will be unable to do a refund.
- No returns on Sale items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
